Step into the courtyard of our hotel and discover our restaurant, where Giovanni Passerini, the renowned chef at the forefront of the new Parisian gastronomic scene, has created a menu that revisits the great classics of French-Italian cuisine.


Our restaurant is a nod to Italian cuisine, tucked away in the 9th arrondisement. Local products, hand selected from trusted purveyors, are a highlight of the menu. A cosy escape during the colder months, or the perfect place to dine in summer beneath the most outstanding canopy in Paris.
The decor echoes the paradox of the hotel's location—hidden amidst the bustle of the boulevards, designer Dorothée Meilichzon has chosen to open up spaces by blending indoor and outdoor environments. She plays with the placement of clashing patterns and materials like terracotta, plants, trellises, greenhouses, fountains, statues, fencing to disrupt traditional perspectives.









Breakfast:

from 7am to 10:30am on weekdays,
from 7:30am to 11am on weekends
Hotel guests and passers-by can enjoy our curated breakfast selection straight from our counter or a hot breakfast from the kitchen.

Lunch:

Every day, from 12:00 to 14:30
2-course business lunch: 27€
3-course business lunch: 33€

Step into our dining space for an express business lunch or a laid-back weekend catch-up with friends. Our menu changes with the seasons, but our favourites always return, from Grilled Asparagus, with ajo blanco and orange blossom to Grilled Pork Loin with peppers, dry grapes, and capers and our Rigatoni alla Nerano, enhanced with the sharp zest of mint and rich depth of provolone.

Dinner:

Sunday to Wednesday, from 7pm to 10:30pm
Thursday to Saturday, from 7pm to 11pm

In the evening, guests can enjoy dishes like gnocchi with lamb ragout, pecorino, and mint; or a monkfish teriyaki with celery remoulade, chickpeas, and pilpil sauce. Larger groups can settle in for an evening of sharing, where milk-fed lamb with panisse, Treviso, nuts, and salad is a hightlight and pork ribs with polenta, sautéed Treviso is worth the indulgence. Dessert is never an afterthought, and our favourites include a mango semifreddo, candied chestnuts, or a baba for two with roasted pineapple.

A delightful Sunday brunch worth the journey. An assortment of freshly baked pastries, breads, along with butter and jam are served to start. Then, our twists on brunch classics like our seasonal salad, beef tataki, or gravlax. For something heartier, fluffy homemade pancakes, avocado toast, or eggs are prepared to your liking. Order a few sweeter touches like our granola bowl, fresh fruit salad and mini-pastries. Complete your brunch something hot from espresso and latte to chai latte and fresh mint tea.

Our chef embraces the seasonality of products, so our menus change frequently. These menus are not exhaustive and are subject to change.
